SAINT ASONIA singer Adam Gontier reunited with his former band THREE DAYS GRACE onstage during the group’s concert in Huntsville, Alabama Wednesday night (April 19)

The show featured THREE DAYS GRACE opening for SHINEDOWN at the Probst Arena At The Von Braun Center in Huntsville, and saw Gontier join his former bandmates on stage to perform the songs “Never Too Late” and “Riot“.

The group would later share a post-performance photo with Gontier on social media and write in an accompanying message: “Soooo we did a thing.”

Last June, Gontier joined us on THE LOADED RADIO PODCAST and said that a reunion with his former bandmates was “likely” to happen “down the road at some point.”

Gontier split with THREE DAYS GRACE in the spring of 2013. At the time, the Canadian hard rock act cited unspecified “health issues” when his departure was announced. Adam later released a statement explaining he left the band to pursue new projects, and not in fact deal with any sort of addiction issues.

Gontier is currently the frontman for SAINT ASONIA, which also features STAIND guitarist/founding member Mike Mushok, bassist Cale Gontier and drummer Cody Watkins.

THREE DAYS GRACE‘s latest album, “Explosions“, was released last May via RCA Records.
