SKID ROW has released the official music video for “Resurrected”, the fifth single from the band’s latest album, “The Gang’s All Here”
SKID ROW was never a band that was going to let anything get in its way, and the “Resurrected” clip takes that idea to the ultimate next level. Directed by Frank Gryner, who has created eye-popping videos for ALICE COOPER and DEF LEPPARD, and from an original concept by SKID ROW bassist Rachel Bolan, the video captures the band in a new environment, showcasing their versatility as they confidently tackle a formidable challenge.
“Being a fan of animation, I was very excited when the opportunity to do an animated video was presented to us,” recalls Bolan. “I really wanted to give the video a sci-fi feel that would convey that you can conquer anything, no matter how big the monster. Even if it lives within the parameter of your inner circle.”
Two months prior, SKID ROW made the decision to postpone the third North American leg of their “The Gang’s All Here” tour alongside BUCKCHERRY, pushing it to the early months of the upcoming year. This delay was attributed to Erik‘s need for additional recovery time following a recent illness. Erik clarified that this extended recovery period was necessitated by a bone marrow transplant he underwent after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia two and a half years ago.
The fourth leg of “The Gang’s All Here” tour, scheduled for December with BUCKCHERRY, remains on track and unaffected by the earlier postponement.
“The Gang’s All Here” made its debut in October 2022 through earMUSIC. The majority of the album was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, with the acclaimed producer Nick Raskulinecz at the helm. Raskulinecz, known for his work with prominent acts like FOO FIGHTERS, STONE SOUR, HALESTORM, EVANESCENCE, RUSH, and ALICE IN CHAINS, brought his expertise to the project, contributing to the album’s production quality.
