MAMMOTH WVH mainman Wolfgang Van Halen is tying the knot next month
Wolfgang Van Halen recently spoke to “Extra”‘s Billy Bush about his wedding plans with his fiancée Andraia Allsop as they get set to take that walk down the aisle next month, noting, “By the time we get married, it’ll be seven to eight years [together].”
Wolfgang‘s mom Valerie Bertinelli will also be in attendance for the ceremony. He said: “She’ll be crying the whole time. She’s probably crying right now just thinking about it.”
Last month, Wolfgang told Consequence that he and his fiancée have picked the Peter Gabriel track “In Your Eyes” as their wedding song. As to how they chose that track, Wolfgang said: “Peter Gabriel is one of our favorite artists. There’s a concert before our wedding that we’re going to see that’s Peter Gabriel, because he’s on tour right now and he’s just one of our favorite artists. So is one of my favorite albums of all time, and it was one of my dad’s favorite albums of all time. So, I’ve just had a connection with Peter Gabriel and his music forever, and simultaneously, my fiancée [is a fan], as well. So, we couldn’t think of a better song.”
In July 2022, Wolfgang joyfully announced his engagement to Andraia in a tweet, exclaiming, “She said yes!!” alongside a charming selfie featuring him and his future bride.
This devoted couple, Andraia and Wolfgang, who have shared their love since December 2015, graced the 64th annual Grammy Awards with their presence in April 2022.
Allsop, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Utah, embarked on a successful career as a software engineer.
Allsop also maintains a dedicated Instagram account dedicated solely to her photography, where she captures mesmerizing moments from Van Halen‘s live performances.
On August 4, MAMMOTH WVH unveiled its second album, “II,” through BMG. This 10-track masterpiece was crafted at the renowned 5150 studio and produced by Wolfgang’s close friend and collaborator, Michael “Elvis” Baskette.
Adding to their momentum, MAMMOTH WVH recently disclosed their upcoming headline tour in support of “Mammoth II” for this fall. This exciting announcement followed their triumphant European tour, where they shared the stage with iconic acts like METALLICA, ALTER BRIDGE, and DEF LEPPARD/MÖTLEY CRÜE.
