SEVENDUST is gearing up to commemorate the 20th anniversary of their fourth studio album, “Seasons,” with a series of special shows in late December
The band has announced four unique performances to honor this milestone.
Tickets for these celebratory shows will be available for purchase starting this Friday, October 6, at 10 a.m. “Seasons” marked a significant chapter in SEVENDUST‘s career as it was their final album with TVT Records. The album was dedicated to the memory of both Dave Williams, the original singer of DROWNING POOL, who passed away from cardiomyopathy in August 2002, and Reginald Witherspoon, the younger brother of SEVENDUST‘s lead vocalist, Lajon Witherspoon, who tragically lost his life in November 2002.
Notably, “Seasons” also served as the last SEVENDUST album featuring guitarist Clint Lowery before his departure in 2004. However, Clint Lowery eventually rejoined the band in March 2008 and has remained an integral part of the band ever since.
SEVENDUST “Seasons” 20th anniversary shows:
Dec. 28 – Bloomington, IL @ The Castle Theatre
Dec. 29 – Bloomington, IL @ The Castle Theatre
Dec. 30 – Moline, IL @ The Rust Belt
Dec. 31 – Green Bay, WI @ Epic Event Center
SEVENDUST recently released their latest album, “Truth Killer,” on July 28, marking their debut on Napalm Records. The album, following their 2020 release “Blood & Stone,” was produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette, known for his work with artists such as ALTER BRIDGE and SLASH.
“Truth Killer” features the original and current band lineup, consisting of Lajon Witherspoon, Clint Lowery, John Connolly, Vince Hornsby, and Morgan Rose.
