PANTERA will co-headline the first night of this year’s Hell & Heaven Metal Fest in Mexico

PANTERA are set to appear alongside bands such as SCORPIONS, MESHUGGAH, ARCH ENEMY, EPICA and CRADLE OF FILTH, among many more, on December 2 at Foro Pegaso in Toluca, Mexico.

Hell & Heaven Metal Fest has been around for 12 years now and is an open-air heavy metal music festival which takes place annually near Mexico City. With over 30,000 festival visitors, it attracts metal music fans of all subgenres including thrash metal, black metal, death metal, power metal, gothic metal, folk metal, and even metalcore, nu metal, hard rock from all over the world. The festival is mostly attended by a Mexican audience from all around the country, but attracts a large number of visitors from Central and South America, as well as fans from Europe and other parts of the world.

PANTERA has also been confirmed to act as co-headliners alongside JUDAS PRIEST and SLIPKNOT for the Knotfest Colombia, Knotfest Chile and Knotfest Brasil festivals, all of which will take place this December. Knotfest Colombia is scheduled for Friday, December 9 at Campin Circuit of Bogotá, Knotfest Chile takes place on Sunday, December 11 at Estadio Monumental in Santiago and Knotfest Brasil will follow on Sunday, December 18 at Sambódromo do Anhembi in São Paulo.

Last month it was officially announced that surviving PANTERA members Phil Anselmo (vocals) and Rex Brown (bass) would hit the road alongside guitarist Zakk Wylde (OZZY OSBOURNE, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY) and drummer Charlie Benante (ANTHRAX) under the name PANTERA.
