Mammoth II” will be Unleashed on August 4 via BMG, Showcasing Wolfgang Van Halen’s Growth as a Songwriter and Vocalist. The 10-track record was recorded at the legendary 5150 studio and was produced by Wolfgang‘s friend and collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette.

Continuing his tradition of writing all the songs and performing all the instrumentation and vocals himself, Wolfgang aimed to push his sound beyond what fans had previously experienced. From the energetic opening track “Right?” to the BEATLES-inspired conclusion of “Better Than You,” “Mammoth II” serves as a testament to Wolfgang‘s growth as a songwriter, musician, and particularly as a vocalist. Each song, such as “Like A Pastime,” “Take A Bow,” and “Waiting,” possesses a distinct sonic identity that showcases the brilliance of Wolfgang Van Halen‘s musical prowess and the unique essence of MAMMOTH WVH.

The debut single from “Mammoth II” is the lively rock anthem “Another Celebration At The End Of The World.” The accompanying music video, directed by Gordy De St. Jeor, introduces the MAMMOTH WVH live band, where Wolfgang, having grown frustrated, replaces the other Wolfgangs from his previous video with his new band members: Frank Sidoris on guitars, Jon Jourdan on guitars, Ronnie Ficarro on bass, and Garrett Whitlock on drums. The 8-minute and 25-second video serves as an engaging introduction to the live performance aspect of MAMMOTH WVH.

MAMMOTH WVH‘s debut album, released under Explorer1 Music Group/EX1 Records, received rave reviews and claimed the top positions on Billboard’s Top Hard Rock Albums and Top Rock Albums charts. With Wolfgang Van Halen commanding the vocals and playing all the instruments, “Mammoth WVH” has captivated audiences with its remarkable musicality and undeniable talent.
