KILLSWITCH ENGAGE guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz and the band’s former singer Howard Jones have reunited for a new project
Yesterday (Tuesday, February 21), Jones uploaded a new pic of him and Adam D to his social media which reads: “Sushi and going over new demos. It’s happening. #HOJO #AdamD #NewProject”.
Howard Jones split with KILLSWITCH ENGAGE back in 2012 due to struggles with mental illness yet went on to form the new gruop DEVIL YOU KNOW. That outfit, now known as LIGHT THE TORCH, also features guitarist Francesco Artusato (ALL SHALL PERISH), bassist Ryan Wombacher (BLEEDING THROUGH) and drummer John Sankey (DEVOLVED). That band have thus far recorded two great albums together – 2014’s “The Beauty Of Destruction” and 2015’s “They Bleed Red“.
Jones remained on good terms with KILLSWITCH ENGAGE through the years, even making an appearance on the band’s 2019 release “Atonement“, where he sang guest vocals for the song “The Signal Fire“.
