L.A. rockers THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS paid tribute to NIRVANA at their recent hometown show

The RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS performed a cover of the NIRVANA classic “Smells Like Teen Spirit” during the band’s recent show the Silverlake Conservatory of Music in Los Angeles. The performance took place on Saturday (October 29) at the group’s L.A. stop on it’s current “Global Stadium Tour“.

The version performed features RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS guitarist John Frusciante taking on lead vocal duties while siner Anthony Kiedis handled the verses.
