Nita Strauss makes her live onstage debut with Demi Lovato
Former ALICE COOPER guitarist Nita Strauss made her live onstage debut with Demi Lovato over the weekend (Saturday, August 13) at the Grandstand at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield, Illinois. You can check out fan-filmed video of the concert below.
After the concert, Nita posted a clip to her Twitter and wrote in an accompanying message: “Had a blast on opening night with @ddlovato !”
Nita’s first appearance with Demi Lovato took place on July 14 with a performance on ABC’s late-night show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!“.
Demi Lovato is currently on the road in support of her eighth studio album, “Holy Fvck“, which arrives on August 19 via Island Records. The first single, “Skin Of My Teeth“, dropped back in June.
The follow-up to last year’s “Dancing With The Devil…The Art Of Starting Over“, “Holy Fvck” is reportedly a departure from Lovato’s typical pop aesthetic and features a more punk-rock-flavored sound.
Lovato’s tour in support of “Holy Fvck“, featuring special guests DEAD SARA and ROYAL & THE SERPENT, will launch September 22 in Wheatland, California and run through November 6 in Irving, Texas.
