DEFTONES drummer Abe Cunningham gave fans an update on the follow-up to 2016’s “Gore” album via the band’s official Instagram page (see below). “We’re currently mixing it,” he says. “Given the current situation, it’s been a bit difficult to get everyone in the same room. We can’t. So, we’re at least still doing that. I wanted to thank you for your patience, obviously, and, of course, your interest in that. Speaking out publicly for the first time since the PANTERA and HELLYEAH drummer’s death, Vinnie’s girlfriend Chelsey Yeager recently said: “[Vinnie’s] cookbook that he titled ‘Drumming Up An Appetite With Vinnie Paul’ is in the works. There are over 120 recipes that are saved and pictures to follow that will be in the cookbook as well.
