Slash will resume touring with SLASH FEATURING MYLES KENNEDY & THE CONSPIRATORS early next year
The GUNS N’ ROSES guitarist revealed a timetable for the return of SLASH FEATURING MYLES KENNEDY & THE CONSPIRATORS‘ return to the road while discussing his plans for the coming months in a new interview with NME. He said: “I’m on tour with GUNS N’ ROSES until October, then in January I go out with my other band THE CONSPIRATORS. I don’t wanna divulge too much, but I’m also doing a really exciting TV series in England. It’s an adaptation of a great book. You’ll find out what it is when the press release comes out.”
The band’s latest album, “4”, was released in February 2022 via Gibson Records in partnership with BMG.
For those unaware, the GUNS N’ ROSES guitarist decided to embark on a wild musical adventure back in 2011 after unleashing his first solo album to the world in 2009.
Our tale begins with Slash, the top-hatted guitar virtuoso known for his impeccable style and the ability to melt faces with a single riff. After his iconic stint with GUNS N’ ROSES and a string of successful collaborations, the guitarist decided it was time to unleash his creative genius with his own band. With ALTER BRIDGE‘s Myles Kennedy, a powerhouse vocalist possessing pipes that could shatter glass, by his side, Slash set out to conquer the rock world once again.
United by a mutual love for blistering guitar solos and hair-raising melodies, the guitarist and Kennedy assembled a group of talented musicians, aptly named “the Conspirators.” These rock ‘n’ roll renegades were ready to set stages ablaze and remind the world why rock music was the soundtrack of rebellion and raw energy.
In 2012, the band released their debut album, “Apocalyptic Love.” It was like a thunderstorm of rock, complete with lightning-fast guitar licks and vocals that could awaken the dead. Songs like “You’re a Lie” and “Anastasia” showcased the band’s infectious chemistry and their ability to deliver hard-hitting, anthemic tunes that could make even the most stoic of statues start air-guitaring.
But this was just the beginning of their sonic conquest. The band continued their crusade with albums like “World on Fire” and “Living the Dream,” proving that they were more than just a one-hit wonder. Slash’s guitar solos soared like a majestic eagle, while Myles Kennedy’s vocals reached heights that would make even the most daring mountaineers envious.
Through the years, the group have graced countless stages, leaving audiences in awe of their electrifying performances. They’ve traveled the globe, spreading the gospel of rock ‘n’ roll to the masses and ensuring that their fans experience an adrenaline rush like no other.
