OZZY OSBOURNE Says T-PAIN’s Cover Of BLACK SABBATH’s ‘War Pigs’ Is The Best Ever

Ozzy Osbourne has showered acclaim upon a remarkable rendition of a classic BLACK SABBATH song, delivered by an R&B luminary renowned more for pioneering auto-tune than showcasing his natural vocal prowess

Surprisingly, T-Pain, also known as Faheem Rashad Najm, unveiled an astonishing vocal talent during a recent auto-tune-free cover session. The performance included a captivating interpretation of BLACK SABBATH‘s iconic track, “War Pigs,” originally featured on their pivotal 1970 album, “Paranoid.” T-Pain had previously featured his rendition in the 2023 covers compilation, “On Top Of The Covers,” which also showcased his unique takes on songs by JOURNEY and Frank Sinatra.

Among the compilation’s tracks, it was T-Pain‘s rendition of “War Pigs” that stood out, amassing the highest number of Spotify streams. The video of his live performance of the cover swiftly went viral across social media platforms.

In response to this unexpected musical revelation, the Prince Of Darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne, expressed his admiration by sharing the video of T-Pain‘s “War Pigs” cover accompanied by glowing praise.

“This is the best cover of War Pigs ever,” Ozzy posted to Twitter, before suggesting he’d have liked to have been involved, asking bluntly: “Why didn’t you guys call me?”

T-Pain responded, replying on Twitter: “You’re always invited. Top of the list, every time!! Thank you so much. Means a lot coming from the greatness himself”
