Shock rocker Marilyn Manson has resolved another one of his ongoing legal matters, having come to a settlement with one of his accusers
The 54-year-old Manson has faced numerous allegations of sexual assault, misconduct and more after his ex-fiancée, actress Evan Rachel Wood, publicly accused him of past abuse.
Rolling Stone now reports that Manson has settled out of court with actress Esmé Bianco, who was one of the women who filed suit against the infamous rocker. Bianco‘s initial lawsuit against Manson was filed in April of 2021 with charges that included rape and abuse that reportedly occurred during their relationship.
The specific terms of the settlement have not been publicly revealed, however Bianco‘s attorney Jay Ellwanger told Rolling Stone, “Ms. Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. in order to move on with her life and career.”
Manson‘s attorney Howard King also stated, “Ms. Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc..”
Concerning Bianco‘s initial complaint back in May of 2021, King said in a statement: “These claims are provably false. To be clear, this suit was only filed after my client refused to be shaken down by Ms. Bianco and her lawyer and give in to their outrageous financial demands based on conduct that simply never occurred. We will vigorously contest these allegations in court and are confident that we will prevail.”
A sexual assault lawsuit filed against Marilyn Manson by his ex-personal assistant Ashley Walters was dismissed back in May of 2022, while model Ashley Morgan Smithline‘s complaint against the shock rocker was dismissed without prejudice earlier this month due to Smithline failure to secure proper legal representation.
Currently, a sexual assault lawsuit filed by an anonymous party against Manson remains active.
Marilyn Manson has denied all claims against him, and has filed a defamation lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood and her partner Illma Gore.
