DOYLE and OTEP are set to unite for a U.S. tour in the spring of 2024
The trek, which will kick off on April 12 in Reading, Pennsylvania, will include support from RED DEVIL VORTEX.

Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein, often simply known as Doyle, stands as a veritable pioneer of crushing guitar playing. His iconic role in shaping the soundscape of the genre was notably highlighted in the MISFITS‘ groundbreaking 1983 album “Earth AD/Wolf’s Blood.” Revered as a genre blueprint, this album showcased Doyle‘s virtuosity, laying the foundation for his enduring influence in the metal realm.
After leaving an indelible mark with the MISFITS, Doyle embarked on a successful solo career, founding his eponymous band and launching his own label, Monsterman Records. His solo endeavors have allowed him to further explore his distinctive guitar style, solidifying his status as a force to be reckoned with in the heavy metal world.
Doyle‘s latest album, “Doyle II: As We Die,” unveils a fascinating chapter in his solo journey. Intriguingly, this album was written concurrently with his 2014 debut solo LP, “Abominator,” with the original intention of being a double album. However, it was eventually released in 2017 as a standalone testament to Doyle‘s unrelenting creativity and musical prowess.
Otep Shamaya, the creative force behind OTEP, stands as a genre maverick, seamlessly blending elements from various musical spheres to create a distinctive sound that transcends conventional boundaries. The release of her latest studio album, “The God Slayer,” on September 15 via Cleopatra, further cements her status as an innovator in heavy music.
