Yesterday (August 6), three of the four members of the “Burn My Eyes” lineup of MACHINE HEAD — being guitarist/vocalist Robb Flynn, drummer Chris Kontos and guitarist Logan Mader — enlisted the band’s current bassist Jared MacEachern to play the album in its entirety in commemoration of its 27th anniversary.
The event was streamed live from MACHINE HEAD’s San Francisco Bay Area rehearsal facility and is now available to check out below.
Aside from the album’s classic tracks, MACHINE HEAD also ran through some deep cuts and covers that haven’t been performed live by this line up in over 25 years.
