Last Thursday night (March 23) it was revealed that NIGHT RANGER’s performances throughout the weekend in Anaheim, California, Ivins, Utah and Stateline, Nevada, have been postponed due to bassist/vocalist Jack Blades being hospitalized
The dates are are being rescheduled for late October, with Anaheim now taking place on October 25, Ivins on October 26 and Stateline soon after. More information will be sent to ticket holders in the days ahead.
NIGHT RANGER released the following statement via social media regarding the situation: “First and foremost, we want to apologize to the fans. You guys know better than anyone we don’t take this lightly, earlier this afternoon Jack [Blades, vocals/bass] was admitted to the hospital. He is in good hands, but on the advice of medical staff we will not be able to perform any of our next 3 shows which are tonight in Anaheim, CA, tomorrow night (3/24) in Ivins, UT, and Saturday night (3/25) in Stateline, NV.
“We have to prioritize Jack’s health and safety, and we cannot thank you enough for your understanding. This is not the message we wanted to be sending and we cannot wait to rock with all of you again soon. We will keep you updated as we know more.”
NIGHT RANGER released their 12th studio album, “ATBPO“, in August 2021 via Frontiers Music Srl. “ATBPO” stands for “And The Band Played On”, in honor of the group continuing to make music during the COVID-19 pandemic.
NIGHT RANGER is Jack Blades (bass, vocals), Kelly Keagy (drums, vocals), Brad Gillis (lead and rhythm guitars), Eric Levy (keyboards) and Keri Kelli (lead and rhythm guitars).
