NIGHTWISH vocalist Floor Jansen performed her new solo single, “Fire”, live for the first time on Sunday, April 17 at the Paaspop festival at Manegeclub De Molenheide in Schijndel, Netherlands. You can watch fan-filmed video of Floor’s full performance below.
The song was first made available on March 25 via ADA, the division of Warner Music Group that is dedicated to independent label and artist distribution, which is overseeing Jansen’s solo project.
As the singer of NIGHTWISH, Jansen has two number one albums in Finland, as well as Top Five albums in Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.
Jansen joined her first band, symphonic metal outfit AFTER FOREVER, when she was only 16 years old and went on to release five albums with the group before they broke up in 2009.
