IRON MAIDEN drummer Nicko McBrain has shared a new video in which he introduces his new drum kit he is using for the 2022 edition of the “Legacy Of The Beast” world tour. You can check it out below.
Back in November 2019, McBrain announced that he would be playing the Manchester, U.K.-based drum brand British Drum Co. and as well would be carrying the title of “International Ambassador” to the brand.
British Drum Co. was launched by drum builder Keith Keough back in 2015, just four years after he sold his company, KD Drums, to Premier, the company Nicko endorsed for the majority of the ’90s and 2000s.
Nicko’s new kit features his own IRON MAIDEN artwork on every single drum. Each drum features IRON MAIDEN mascot Eddie and has its own story relating to the stage set and to the history of the “Legacy” tour.
The “Legacy Of The Beast” tour, launched Sunday, May 22 in Zagreb, Croatia, and is scheduled to hit North America in September and October.
