TOOL drummer Danny Carey is scheduled to appear in court next month in relation to the incident he was involved in at the Kansas City airport this past weekend. Carey was arrested this past Sunday, December 12th after allegedly having a physical altercation with a security employee at the airport. Billboard have obtained a copy of the citation issued by the Kansas City Airport Police, which states that the TOOL drummer allegedly used a homophobic slur during the incident.
