METALLICA‘s “Master Of Puppets” is back on the charts after appearing in the fourth season of the Netflix series “Stranger Things“.

In the show’s season finale, the character of Eddie Munson performs what he refers to as “the most metal concert ever”, which features him shredding through “Master Of Puppets” on his Warlock guitar.

It seems as a result of that particular scene, METALLICA’s “Master Of Puppets” is currently sitting at position No. 26 on Spotify‘s Top 50 Global chart.

Over the weekend, METALLICA bassist Robert Trujillo revealed that his 17-year-old son Tye Trujillo contributed “additional guitar tracks” to that particular version of “Master Of Puppets” which appears in Netflix’s “Stranger Things“.

The “Master Of Puppets” album was initially released on February 24, 1986 and was the last METALLICA record to feature the band’s late bassist Cliff Burton.
