As previously announced, MESHUGGAH is set to make their return to stages across the United States and Canada for a nineteen-date tour this autumn. Presented by Live Nation, this journey is scheduled to kick off on November 21 in San Diego, California, and will culminate on December 16 in Laval, Quebec. Notably, this tour signifies the band’s first Canadian performance in five years. Joining them as special guests on this tour will be IN FLAMES and WHITECHAPEL, and the grand finale will feature an additional performance by VOIVOD.
MESHUGGAH‘s ninth studio album, titled “Immutable,” was released in May 2022 through Atomic Fire. This album follows their 2016 release, “The Violent Sleep Of Reason,” and was recorded at Sweetspot Studios in Halmstad, Sweden. The mixing was handled by Rickard Bengtsson and Staffan Karlsson, while the mastering was done by the multiple Grammy Award winner, Vlado Meller (known for his work with METALLICA, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, and SYSTEM OF A DOWN). Once again, the visually striking cover artwork was created by the visionary artist Luminokaya.
