According to Newsweek, Marilyn Manson is set to appear on Kanye West‘s forthcoming new album ‘Donda’. A release date has yet to be announced.
Last night (August 26th) Manson appeared onstage alongside West and fellow rapper DaBaby as part of Kanye‘s listening event for ‘Donda’, which was held at Soldier Field in Chicago.
A spokesperson for Manson said to Newsweek, “Marilyn Manson‘s voice is featured on ‘DONDA‘, and he will continue to conceptually collaborate with Ye on the ‘DONDA‘ project.”
Manson‘s appearance last night marked his first public appearance since numerous accusations of abuse toward women came to light by more than a dozen women this past February. Four of those women have since filed suit against the shock rocker, with his lawyers “labeling them as co-conspirators.”
Among the women suing Manson are his ex-girlfriend Esmé Bianco, his former personal assistant Ashley Walters, his former girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline and a woman who has chosen to remain anonymous.
The allegations against Manson came to light in February, and were led by his his ex-fiancée, actress Evan Rachel Wood. Over sixteen women have since publicly come out and made disturbing allegations against Manson.
