Pennsylvania metalcore group AUGUST BURNS RED are currently in the studio commencing work on their ninth studio album.

The group recently announced their signing with SharpTone Records for the record, with a release date still pending at this point.

AUGUST BURNS RED posted footage of drummer Matt Greiner in the studio laying down tracks for the album’s initial recording sessions with an attached message saying: “Behold! Metalcore drum lord, @matthewgreiner battling bells and other percussive instruments on his quest to complete the recording of LP9! #augustburnsred #metal #drums #metaldrums”
